Erin joined Gorman IP Law in the beginning of 2020 as an intellectual property paralegal. She is a value-driven paralegal with experience successfully supporting and managing casework throughout the firm. Her skills include expertly navigating the management of client deadlines, effective communication amongst all parties, and the successful execution of PCT and USPTO filings. Erin is well-versed in drafting documents and forms for filing with the USPTO, conducting MPEP and legal research, and successfully managing tasks associated with foreign filings. Erin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, an ABA Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego and will be obtaining an Intellectual Property Professional Certificate by the end of 2022. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring San Diego, and being creative through art: photography, painting, sewing and crocheting.
